@WarOfSalvation I don't think they'll ever kill off Boba Fett. In Legacy of the Force, he was close to death, but somehow found a cure. I wouldn't be surprised if they put him in the Fate of the Jedi series before it's done.

His last official appearance should've been The Unifying Force, IMO.

@SFisher1993 He has to die eventually, I mean, in one book I own it takes place after his first encounter with the Sarlacc, his leg was removed and changed with a robotic one, his stomach cant digest food correctly, he always ached and pained. He sounded like a 95 year old man with arthritis throughout the book, but he kept doing his job. I guess Boba's just one character you can't kill off in a cheap little comic.

@FreemanLambda He went inside it, threw a grenade or something, and then turned on his jetpack and burnt it's insides and killed it. Then he landed in the soil naked and dying. He was then found by a bounty hunter named "Dengar" and was nursed back to health. All in the comics and novels. I suggest "Star Wars: Bounty Hunters" to learn a bit more about his survival and escape, though.

But what makes the books canon, in which it takes place in star wars, is when it's referenced in something else. If a bounty hunter is barely mentioned in a book, and is a main character in another book, and appears in a comic in a flash back, and stars in a video game. Then he's a character in the Expanded Universe. Referencing, is the key.
