  • Chicken girls legs, if his body was proportioned, i.e. if he had trained legs too, not only his upper body, he wouldn't be able to do many of the things he does.

  • hes a gymnast

  • Nice front lever there and sick 1 hand pullup

  • Did you attach those weights to your massive balls?

  • dude!½!!!!!! sickkkk

  • pretty freakin impressive ma man!

  • what a gymnast can do has no relevance to my life. someone sent me this link. admirable but so what.

  • @karmuppet agreed.

  • im 6''2 and weigh 97kg, around 200lbs. i can do roughly 4 sets of 8 chin ups with good form. any tips for how to improve significantly? would appreciate any ideas and tips, thanks.

  • @89len Unless you're 97 kgs of pure muscle mass, which I doubt, get leaner :P The less fat you have, the easier chin ups are.

  • @Mishakis aside from stating the obvious, you've also misunderstood what i asked. i was asking for recommended variations, or different routines, or exercises to superset with chinups. not someone to say "get lighter, it will help" thats no use as im currently using a hypertrophy programme.

  • Nice work man :) I am trying to follow in your footsteps and am psyched with the possibilty of being able to do muscle ups thanks to your videos. However, I have another question. This pseudo back lever... I can`t even begin to imagine to do this routine :) Can you offer a few tips?

    Keep it up. Regards :)

  • that was an amazing muscle up! awesome

  • Whoa nice job man I hope I can be as strong like that some day

  • FUCKING ADS!!!!!! FUCK YOU POLISHED YOUTUBE

  • Hey man, how are you able to workout in a gym like that? Is there a fee you just pay to get in, like ordinary weight lifting gyms?

  • wonder who he got those moves from

  • How he is looking so bulky with 67kg?

Im 1.73cm and 68kgs and i dont seem so bulky not even close. And my body fat is low!! Wtf?

  • that is some huge upper body strength ^^

  • show off XD jk but still amazing muscles nice clip

  • crazy stuff... very hard to do some of these.

  • Is that safe at 1:08? No ulnar deviations or anything?

It's impressive nonetheless. - Where do you start? I'm very intrigued..

  • @Matmo11 thats what i was thinking... looks like something will tear pop or break

  • Very nice! Keep it up.

  • holy shit

  • thats some advanced stuff

  • Very good. And it IS practical. If you want to know how to work up to this level (which is quite advanced, don't let it put you off), read Building The Gymnastic Body by Coach Sommer. And visit his forum, for discussions, ideas on daily workouts, etc.

Be warned though: gymnastics means DISCIPLINE. But then again, anything that brings results requires discipline.

  • Holy hell, muscle ups. Good workout man. This is the first video anyone has ever sent me via inbox that was worth watching.

  • Wow sweet!

  • awesome workout. front lever and one arm chinups are impressive. i actually used to be a gymnast for Penn State (class of '81). used to pull to a solid front lever on the rings as my first move. that high bar looks like the old fashioned ones we used to use when i first started in the German Turners club in the 70s. they've come a long way with the equipment since then.

  • i watch this before workout for motivation, great vid!

  • damn 60 kg

  • I'm stunned.

  • Cool

  • Nice.

  • see bodybuilding is all about getting in shape safely, them clap pullups. are just dangerouse and stupid lmao its not exactly educating any 1. And who has that set up lol,so its showing off and i hate ppl who show off so this isnt for me

  • sick dude

  • Браво!

  • Deep Respect for anyone who can work the bar like you do in this video. Pull Up Bar is part my routine too and I feel it is pivotal in keeping me in the shape I am in.

  • yay i beat your added weight by 3 pounds! :D

  • In my opinion gymnastics and olympic weightlifting are the epitomes of athleticism

  • Nice man

  • i was expecting a home pull up bar workout

  • wow i want to be fit like u

  • Gymnast

  • @ImSuperVince Exactly

  • thats some fuckin sick core strength!

  • ... holy crap... I guess this just defines the statement "nothing is impossible"...

  • not big but strong...thats what i appreciate ! big up

  • Awsome, one arm chin up is my new goal!!

  • toss up haha

  • you should be in the next spiderman movie. thats amazing!

  • 1:00...I've never even seen that one before.

  • @NYCrazyRob I can do too, i saw it first time at Hannibal for King , its very dangerous for shoulders and elbows, it's a very unnatural position .

  • Clean the weights. Even if it's gym property you use It for yourself, Awesome for, by the way. Now 2012 so he must be already 250 pounds weight)

  • 1:21 POOF!

  • Bravo! Now I know what I am looking up too for pullups.

  • Youre sick =P Truly Impressed =)

  • great job !!

  • I'm addicted to the music

  • Nice! keep it up

  • Under de strict Soviet surveillance of glorious gym trainer for de victory of Slavic supremacy.

  • btw what were the 2 songs that you used in this video? can you give me the names/links so I can check them out? thanks in advance.

  • nice workouts and all, but this isn't practical for the everyday person with their busy life scedule...not hating or anything, just saying normal gym workouts are good enough for me. these bar gymnastics bar workouts are more for serious athletes or those trying to quality for the Olympic Games, I'm not one of those people...but respect and keep up the good work!

  • @iclark2400 I understand your point, but I am PRECISELY an everyday person with busy lifestyle! I am not a professional athlete! Right now I am being a manager in a software company. There's a hell lot of things I am in charge of daily. These videos and workouts are something I do for fun in my free time. If you are interested you can achieve the same results! :)

The songs' names are listed at the end of the video. Good luck! :)

  • @closetoimpossible fair enough, I thought u were some kind of athlete that had dreams of reaching the Olympics one day or something! haha...well you seem to have good time management skills to be able to balance these tough workouts with your work as a manager (wow respect) but I'm more interested in building muscle mass, do these workouts help? I think they are more for flexibility which is a good thing too, I might incorporate them into my routine as it looks fun! found the song, cheers :)

  • @iclark2400 you obviously are not a very good athlete....everyone knows that chin ups and pull ups are one of the most needed of all weight trainers/bodybuilders...this guy is showing some amazing variations and tweaks and tricks to make the pull ups and chin ups even more effective and more fun and challenging.

  • @JKDspirit yeah I admit that I'm a very good or well built athlete, I'm just into weight training atm and used to train hard but stopped for a year and started back again about 6 months back so I'm getting back in the cycle and trying to learn new ways to improve my physique...this guy in the video is very fit and trains hard, so its obvious that what he is doing works too...yes no doubt chin ups and pull ups are essential but they are quite hard to do, I guess I need to train more often :P

  • @iclark2400 admit that I'm NOT a very good* sry typo

  • @iclark2400 I started calisthenics an year ago and now I am doing the same tricks you see there, my front lever is just straddle tho. Two years ago I was obese with no muscle at all so I did not have any kind of natural talent with this kind of stuff because I spent my youth with video games and not in any sports. I overcame lack of natural talent with hard work and dedication... and it is incredible where I am now as 20y old. Hard work will always surpass natural talent.

  • @Kratoni Wow that's incredible. I agree with you about hard work and dedication. Great job, your story definitely helps.

  • @iclark2400 I went to school from 8 to 4 everyday, homework and shit and I hit the gym 4 times a week... even 5 sometimes.

Now I work 8-10 hours sometimes @ week and specially days when I workout, still got time to it, just need to plan it ut and it will work for you! good luck :9

  • @iclark2400 not necessarily true, it has more to do with his size, he's pulling up 160 lbs, i'm just as strong as him, but i'm pulling up 220 lbs, so i can't do all this fancy stuff, but if you want to do lat pulldowns, i'm game

  • @ScottyStudioSelect makes no difference, if you cant shift your own body weight, your out of shape!

  • Is there any workout value to this or is he just bragging?

  • GEAR

  • 2 words HoLy sHiT!

  • Respect over 9000

  • Good job buddy, keep up the good work!

  • very very good job man! congrats!

can I ask you how do you begin training?

    thanks and keep it up!

  • Thanks for the message. I like the workouts incorporating even some plyo into the bar exercises, but I dont see how applicable this could be the majority of the population. I wouldn't have my clients that I have now do these exercises lol

  • DEAR GOD !!!

  • amazing music.. someone help me find it

  • but can he squat?

  • @EliHaynez Hello. I have lower back health problems and don't squat with weights. However I do pistols(squats on one leg).

  • @closetoimpossible Great video man, nice! :)

  • @closetoimpossible try getting a weight belt, put the weight on your hips instead of your spine

    /watch?v=tKnKMbP0yAI

  • @EliHaynez does it matter if he can squat? I've been trained by a professional on how to do so, and I personally don't like the exercise. Even if you use proper form, it can be devastating to your back. Our spines have evolved to walk on all fours, like a horse. Our spines are not designed to take the huge compressive loads generated by squats.

  • @sNaYkE15 im just saying that a lot of people only focus on their upper body and ignore their lower body. nothing against him personally, it was more of a general comment

  • @EliHaynez why do you have to say that? he's just showing what's in the video title...

    why are you so jealous?

  • @ry4nx Im not jealous!! read the rest of the comments and @replies to and from me. i said im sick of people that say theyre all about health and fitness but only focus on show muscles and cool tricks

  • @EliHaynez but does anyone give a fuck? (except butthurt basement dwellers)

  • 0:50 is the most impressive thing he did

  • omg im totally addicted to this music, does the owner have a youtube channel?

  • @casketofdog I am glad, he is a very nice person aside from being a very good producer. His YouTube channel is "DJThomasPrime". Go check him out!

  • @casketofdog ok thanks , ill sub to him definitely deserves it ( i even workout to this song now lol)

and another questions- not trying to be weird or anything lol, but do u shave ur body?

  • @casketofdog No, shaving irritates my skin, I prefer depilatory creams. Hope that helps you. :)

  • Very nice!

  • nice body :)

    - PROPHECY WORKOUT

  • hey this video is great u r really gud

  • Hi! I am interested in doing Pseudo Back Lever Pull Ups.Can you please make a tutorial with proper form and how to get strenght for it? Or If u can't please send me a message with key points. Thanks.

  • @spagatu Perhaps I can do a video about it, but from the look of things it won't be anytime soon. I think I'll send you some key points for now. hopefully that will be enough of a helper. :)

  • good work man !

  • i watch this video every day to motivate me and the music is just awesome

  • thanks forthe answer.! Just one more, what lenght on the belt do you use?

  • @chinesep1mp I just had a look at it, it's around 2 meters. Let me know if I could assist you with any other questions. :)

  • Privet! I just have a question, I wonder what that belt is called, which you use on the chin up to hold the weights and where you can buy those.

    Good videos and tips!

  • @chinesep1mp I am using a Shiek belt. Please check the video responses to this video. I think you might save some money for the weighted chin-ups/dips work. :)

  • cool man

  • Man You grazy :D

  • Song nAME? i Must say you shape and streght are amazing.

  • WHAT THE HELLLLL I CANT DO ANY OF THAT XD

  • Thanks a lot for the videos :) I have a question, I am going to build a pull up setup like you. What should be the diameter of the pipe I do pull ups on?

  • @exnol You are welcome. :) As for the diameter of the pipe you should choose whatever feels comfortable to you. It shouldn't be too thick, nor too thin. If you are unsure you can go to any playground with pull-up bars and take some measurements. It really isn't all that important because you'll get used to it pretty soon after you start training on it.

  • @closetoimpossible How come you got polish weights?

  • @Morr1992 My girlfriend is polish, her father threw them at me one night as I was walking her home. So I thought I won't let them go to waste and started using them in my gym.

  • @exnol The more fat is the bar the more you increase your grip's strength, If you workout on fat bar yes you wont be able to do a lot of pull ups(needs time).....but you'll feel like superman when you'll pull up on thick bar(hope you get what I mean). I personally use fat gloves on purpose on a mid bar to increase my grip's strength faster. Extreme Bar Work. PeAcE

  • Its good ,maxmuscle

  • WOW nice workout!! i love it xD!!

  • Great strength!!

  • nice vid...wonderful instrumental...respect bro ;) you're really strong...

  • We practice the same training:)! Good execution friend!

  • At 67kg anyone can do most of this. Weighted pullup is good though.

  • @kombatcookie hmm how about NOT... i know at least 15 people who are even lighter and can't do it

it's all about the hard workouts!

  • Improve your routine much, thank you!

  • Йордан Йовчев на стената ! Браво машина !

  • @FreakWithGun translate pls?

  • @casketofdog He said "Jordan Jovtchev on the wall!", meaning the poster of our best gymnast. :) Then he congratulated me on what I am doing. Very kind of him. :)
