i have nothing wrong with Perks, but heres a story. a COD4 player is having a great streak with his MP5 and Stopping Power. he's killing people left and right. but all of a sudden, his MP5 disappears and is replaced with an AK-47. all of a sudden he sucks dick now and his streak ends. the lesson is almost everyone can be good with an MP5, but suck dick when they dont have it. i for one always stick to my Golden AK-47 and assrape all you fucks
If you have stopping power, there is NO REASON whatsoever for you to cry about juggernaut. Wah, you have to use an extra bullet as if you were shooting a normal guy without SP. I'd much rather go against a juggernaut than someone with stopping power, and this is coming from a guy who uses a Scorpion without stopping power. Bandolier, Slight of Hand, Extreme Conditioning. No perk helps me get my kill. No extra damage, no grenade drop on death, no extra health, nothing. I earn my score.

There's no such thing as a "Noob Perk or Gun"(With the exception of Martyrdom, and Iron Lungs [you shouldn't be sniping if you use this]) The "Noob" comes in with how you use the perk/gun. There are however "Annoying Perks" overused by bad players... Last Stand (Smack these asshats with a Flash/Stun for Direct Impacts), Jugg (Can be annoying, being the sniper I am, sometimes it takes 3 hits). All you need to counter Jugg with ease is G3 skill. That gun stomps mud puddles in Jugger ass all day.

i know its old, but it CANT take 3 hits, the sniper does 70 damagae to limbs out of 100 health, more damage to other parts, times .75 for jug, is more than 50, so it cant take 3, and with SP, against a jug it'll do 70 to the limbs, and 70+70>100
You must be overlooking something, I can recall countless times getting 2 hit markers on a Jugg and not getting a kill. Even without Jugg people obviously take 2 hits if not in the neck/head. I'm not obsessed enough to get into statistics breaking down every possible scenario, but I do know that 2 hits is not a guaranteed kill vs Jugg even with SP(which I always used), there are bound to be other factors other than bullet pen (wallbangs are unreliable, I don't bother trying).
Now that I think about it Last Stand MIGHT have been the other factor, but even that, I can't be sure of. I do know however, 3 hits is possible even if Last Stand is the only way (I'm not convinced it is), it could be. But I could care less, I play to have fun and to kill people in the process.

You guys are dumb. Stopping Power doesn't equal out Juggernaut dumbass. Trust me I use Juggernaut all the time and people have to shoot twice as much even if they're using Stopping Power. Think of it like this. Stopping Power does +5 to the damage but Juggernaut does +10 to the health.

You are wrong. It evens out. Juggernaut causes you to take one more bullet before you die, and stopping power makes it so that you need 1 less bullet to kill someone. So basically you're killing someone with double tap while you have UAV jammer

u got a glitch at the end of the match. didn't anyone else notice he got two UAVs? if u listen, the marine voice says "UAV recon standing by" two times in a row. that happened to me two but i got like 5 UAVs. then it suddenly went to airstrike

It's not the guns or the perks... It's the player using it. Naked Ak47 with stopping power and steady aim is just as deadly as most SMG classes but with better range. Assuming you can aim and hip fire with decent skill.

Camping is when you hang out in one area. Staying in one place hiding is just stupid, and is how noobs camp. Besides, there's nothing wrong with camping, especially when all of your enemies come to you so quickly like they do in this vid. Also, camping is probably a good idea in ffa, as long as you can continue to get kills.
P90 is worse than Uzi... it can spray when you want it to, it can aim very well when you want it to, it has more ammo than a uzi, yet, I never hear an flak about the P90...

M16 is too slow for me, so I find it hard to take people who whine about it seriously.

Camping is when you hang out in one area. Staying in one place hiding is just stupid, and is how noobs camp. Besides, there's nothing wrong with camping, especially when all of your enemies come to you so quickly like they do in this vid. Also, camping is probably a good idea in ffa, as long as you can continue to get kills.

P90= Pansy Gun
Stopping Power= Pansy Perk
P90 is worse than Uzi... it can spray when you want it to, it can aim very well when you want it to, it has more ammo than a uzi, yet, I never hear an flak about the P90...
Regardless, decent video. I got ya beat, but, I ain't the the video to prove it. :/ I used a Desert Eagle with slight of hand, bandolier, and extreme conditioning for the FFA I finished in 2 minutes. Knife and grenade too of course.

Ha, so what? Ya don't have a problem with noob tubing? Sniper+Stopping power=1 hit kill.
The only reason people won't believe Stopping Power isn't a cheap perk is because they use it. Wake up. Anything that gives a permanent boost to damage in ANY competitive game is cheap.
Topping it all off with a Gun that's fully automatic and can kill in 3 hits with stopping power, that also has the capability of being any type of weapon? (Sniping, sprayer, burst)
And yes, sniping. With a P90,

M16 is too slow for me, so I find it hard to take people who whine about it seriously.
Basically, any weapon that is accurate is defined by someone in the gaming community as cheap. P90 is accurate, allowing for it to kill at nice range. It takes a lot longer than it does to kill with an M4.
Noob toobing? You only get two with the exception of overkill.
As for stopping power, enough people use it so that it doesn't make much sense to most when you complain about it.

No, it's not just accuracy. It's the accuracy coupled with the ability to spray with a large magazine.
Noob Tubing... yes, you only have two. But that's two instant kills.
Stopping power needs to be lowered in power. I still say it's cheap. Something is wrong with a game that has so much variety in choices yet, everyone uses the same stuff. The fact that everyone uses it points to how cheap it is, people just don't want to admit it.

It's not cheap it equals out juggernaut and the reason people use it IMO is just to win the fight and get a kill faster than anyone else.

Umm? You just explained how it was cheap. How is nailing someone in the hand with a sniper with one shot killing them not cheap? What if they don't use juggernaut? Takes out any skill Sniping has. Aim for vital parts of the body to make sure you kill them in one hit? Or, just shoot them in the foot from a mile away and get the kill?

It doesn't make it realistic. Their heart isn't in their hand. So why when they're shot in the hand from a sniper with stopping power, they stop dead in their tracks and die instantly? You can't use the realistic excuse. I prefer to go against someone with Juggernaut than stopping power. At least I get a chance if my back is to them.

wtf? no sniper in one shot kill in the hand. Even with stopping power if you shoot someone in the hand,arm,legs,or feet it will not kill them. you have to aim for upper body, lower body, or head. so... i dont know where your getting a shot in the hand is one shot kill.. cause thats not true. and hutchisyodaddy has a video proving this.

The only place on the entire body that should enforce a one hit kill is in the head.
No, the fact is "if you can't do enough damage, if you're not that good, if you need help getting kills, use stopping power".
Stopping power is the perk for people who can't do enough damage on their own. So if that isn't a noobish perk, I don't know what is.

In FFA you call in your chopper after you die,that way it helps u get the kill streak next life for UAV,Air strike,and Possibly your next Chopper. Thats a Golden rule in FFA.
