PRS!!! Hey, anyone know where I can find he audio for the old electric guitar recording videos? I've followed the links to the ROTW site and can't find ANYTHING but video.
@KeepJamen I am aware of that. I'm talking about something much simpler than his instrumental albums though. You know how he likes to solo/improvise at the end of his videos? I'm thinking of an album of nothing but that kind of stuff.
Like always, pretty nice stuff Dave. The lick on 4:10 is amazing!!! By the way, it's been a while since you talked about the giveaway :P sorry but, i'm still dreaming about the guitar :D:D How it goes that?
Very Tasty Blues Dave, you should think about taking up guitar as a living or something :-) By the way the bit at 4.10 very nice indeed recentily beating my head and fingers agains the wall of speed and the wall is winning at the moment but keep trying i guess. nice post as always, Happy New Year
I love your lessons! But I would really like to see some playing on time signatures. This is not a request to teach us meshuggah, but a request to teach us meshuggah-style time signatures, and how to incorporate them in everyday playing.
Of course, The Dillinger Escape Plan gets an honorable mention! :D
Damn I love that Fender Tone!!! Great stuff Dave!

If you made an album of nothing but jam track solos, I would buy it. And then I would listen to it on repeat.

what was that legato lick you did at 4:08-4:14? I've been trying to incorporate fast sequences in my playing and that sounded badass!

@eliten0Ob Meshuggah always uses 4/4 lol!, the catch is that they use polyrhythms on top of a 4/4 beat.

Should have showed us the lick you played at 2:44! That was killer compared to the other two!
Thanks for all the ROTW's throughout the year Dave. Appreciate your time and effort to make them and share them with us.
Looking forward to the first ROTW for 2011!
