  • Michael Ruppert is wrong about the collapse. It wont happen fast, it will get worse and worse and worse and than in maybe 15 years, it all falls apart. But by that time the cult of the selfish will long have died out and people will have adapted a new more collective unity. He is right that things are going to get worse before they get better, no way out of that now.

  • maybe we'll find a good way to harvest oil shale

  • @MrAlekz At 4$ a barrel oil shale is barely profitable and workable, at 4$ a barrel the game is over anyways. The US economy cannot survive oil that high, our economy had a meltdown last time it got that high. So whether we can or not makes no differences, besides the environmental doom that would be caused by getting shale would be far worse. Its fucked ether way you look at it.

  • The problem is not oil its the way we run our society. There is plenty of energy, geothermal, Wind Solar, wave, just one of these could give us energy for 4 thousand years, we need a systems aproach to gonvernment. I know this sounds crazy but we need a resource based ecnomy. Look up jaque fressco.

  • I like the movie but doesn't he contradict himself? Why would the USA never leave Iraq if there is only enough oil there for 11 1/2 days?

  • @CelestialWoodway No dumbass, He said 1 billion barrels last 11 1/2 days. not all 90 billion. that oil would fuel the worlds oil demand for almost 3 years, if the rate were to not increase, the world goes through about 31 billion barrels a year. It is alot of oil for the U.S, we go through about 20 million a day. simple math.

  • @235RB Why do you feel the need to call me a dumbass asshole? Sheesh just asking a fucking question. Dickface.

  • @CelestialWoodway well if you thought about it, 90 billion barells would last longer than 11 1/2 days. for the world demand at 85 million a day. duhhhh.

  • @235RB Fucking DOUCHEBAG I misunderstood Michael because he talks a million fucking miles an hour. My point is you have no need to be a rude asshole you could have answered the question politely. What a fucking rude immature prick assface you are. Fuck off and eat shit.

  • @CelestialWoodway wow, dont get your panties in a bunch. little sensitive are we? sorry your a little bitch, must suck to be you.

  • @CelestialWoodway My guess would be that they would launch other invasions from their "now permanent" base in Iraq. I've just seen the last half of this Documentary on TV tonight, and was intrigued to learn about the large military bases and the huge embassy compound. Those are stories we would never get in mainstream media.

  • forces from iraq will be withdrawn by 2013

  • America won the war in Iraq, get over it.

  • @BTsmoke won what in iraq? Won near bankrupty?

  • we need fusion.

  • It used to be, we were supposed to be afraid of the nazis. Then it was the communists, now it's the terrorists and in 15 years it's gonna be some other -ist.

  • This is a global conspiracy.

23-24 years ago my country`s mid-grade education used to be 2nd best in the world.

Now its more like 2nd from the bottom. I gotta tell you, this works pretty well.

When you live in poverty, 20-50 euros for your vote seems like a great deal.

Or a night with some food, drinks and music in the neighbourhood...

I`m only 25, yet i feel i can write a book on "How to make the herd follow".

BTW Mr. Ruppert, if You read this.

How can i make someone take his head out of his a*

  • 9/11 was all bush to get to iraq and get the oil!!!!!!!

  • Soooo he's saying we invaded for the oil then he says there's not enough oil to last us anyway which kinda contradicts his first statement.

  • @LeeroyFan101 no it doesn't. It's a race to control as much of the remaining oil. The one who has the oil will control the markets. Oil is also priced in dollars, Saddam Hussein intended to switch pricing his oil in euro's ..which would also mean the US lost control in that market.

It's like selling the last loafs of bread to a crowd of very hungry people. The one who sells the bread gets the crowd to compete for highest prices,.....or the crowd goes nuts in a big violent frenzy. War

  • @LeeroyFan101 And it's not that there is not enough to last us. The world economy wants to consume more oil, and production of oil is decreasing.

  • @LeeroyFan101 If you listen more carefully you will notice he was talking about the worlds rate of using oil. 85 million a day.

The world dosent use oil only from iraq.... if we did then yea it isnt enough... 11 and a half days like he said.

  • @christophermarshall

    0:11

"That was the objective. Get control of that oil."

    0:46

"But there is not enough oil in Iraq to change anything"

  • @LeeroyFan101

There isnt enough oil in the world to change anything too. Your missing the point.

The point is you can get oil from any part of the world and it dosent matter how you get it, you cant keep using it forever. There isnt enough oil in the world to change anything. Thats the point of what you quoted.

  • @LeeroyFan101 the objective was to deny saddam control over kuwaits oil....%14 of daily world production, but that was the first gulf war in early 1990s. The second Gulf War was about compliance with 1988 chem bio weapons Treaty

  • 'we're never gonna leave iraq'

    yup, never.

    right on spot...

    halleluja it's a miracle

  • One week of fuel? I was planning on taking a long drive in the countryside in my hummer that week.

  • I hate cars and I raid bic

  • there are two options.

America and europe take the oil or china and india take it.

I live in the west so i would prefer we had it and not china and india.

oil is needed for everything. If america and europe did not invade iraq china and india would have taken the oil. the population in india is 1.5 billion and in china it is 2 billion. they would use up all the oil in 10 years.

  • @hyylo your thinking from the point of view that our race can do no better than what we have already invented. if we made everything to run off oil why can't we find a way to run our electrical needs from other sources. we really do need to find something different than oil.

  • @chavezglassworks

Oil is not just used for fuel. The by-product of oil is plastic, cosmetics, medical compounds etc.

If you have no oil you have no plastic and cosmetics.

Most people think oil is just fuel. Oil is broken down to make millions of other products.

This is the reason why they call it black gold.

  • I ride a bicycle

  • @king357 you're tires are made from rubber which is made form oil.

  • boom/bust is part of the economic plutocracy used to control sheep. its complete bullshit. infinite inflation and national debt with compound interest = fail. all for nothing? the elitest plutocracy have completely sold out the people and killed the country. they never should have got in power. oil should be about $5 a barrel. oil barons should not be allowed to run a country. so much for democracy,

  • The war on terror is as FAKE as the war on drugs. The central bankers intelligence arms (CIA, MI6, Mossad) are the REAL terrorists and drug runners.

    WAKE UP!

The 'money/property system' is the ROOT cause of all problems and luckily it is obsolete. We need to make all earth's resources 'common heritage' to all people and create automated systems to produce abundance, then all the wars, crime, poverty, etc. will end, and we will be on the path to prosperity.

  • there were two Iraq wars, the first was to stabilize world oil markets after saddam "acquired" 11% of world oil in Kuwait and added it to his 14% giving himself 25% of world daily production. Saudi Arabia was his next objective and this is a real truth. The second war in Iraq was all about Saddams non compliance on WMD, the only truly lethal terrorist threat.

  • @BTsmoke -- Oh BULLSHIT. You don't know the first bloody thing about the first Gulf War. It was a US-orchestrated stunt, Saddam was played like a pawn, hundreds of thousands of troops were murdered, US special Forces sabotaged Kuwait's wells to keep them off the world market. You are a naive child. Saudi Arabia was never 'threatened' by Saddam -- who after all had been US's bought-and-paid-for anti-Communist thug for 30 years. The WMD 'threat' was yet another smokescreen lie you fell & fell for.

  • @BTsmoke You are a braindead moron.

  • @drummerforreal1 jeff here is a troller, ignore him, he also makes fun of dead people on memorial forums designed to pay respects, what a HERO.

  • @guitdude09 Yep and I'll make all kinds of fun when your ass kicks the bucket!!!! That's fo sho!!!

  • @drummerforreal1 Hey Jeff. Truth is The Iraq War is one of the biggest scams of all time. I blame it on the snake Bush and his cohorts. Terrorism phobia is really nothing but fear mongering.

  • @MrMotormouthSucks "Terrorism phobia is really nothing but fear mongering. " i agree, it's propaganda, terrorism IS a real threat to peace but there is a huge amount of hysteria surrounding it.

  • @MrMotormouthSucks TRY World War 1 on for the largest scam....15 million casualties.

  • @dummerforreal1, the fact that you insult me in public shows you are not confident in what you believe, just like starmie.

  • WE just need Iraq for what oil they have and get a base to invade Iran at the same time. We dont need Iraq;s oil, we need Irans and Venezuela (Haiti base). It all about location.

  • China has prior claim on Irans oil. You want to take on China?

  • @Puzzoozoo Yes, why not? Maybe we can negotiate?

  • @UVpirate From a position of weakness? China owns America's ass.

  • @Puzzoozoo They own a huge pile of paper reserve notes that value can easily be reduced to zero. They dont own anything but paper with an imaginary number printed on it.

  • @UVpirate Not so, China has been disposing of the "huge pile of paper reserve notes" in order to buy up masses of commodities from all over the world and storing them, America isn't doing any of that. China is also baling out the US gov, if China turned off the line in credit the US gov would default and implode. As for the US military, its over stretched and is paid for with a $ that's becoming more worthless by the day. Still want to take China on?

  • @Puzzoozoo Of course.

  • @UVpirate You would lose.

  • @UVpirate America would lose.

  • if you do the math that's 3 years worth of oil sitting in iraq for the whole world. Let's say the US keeps all that oil for itself. The US consumes 20 million barrels of oil a day. Do the math and that's 12 years of oil. This is why I question the whole "we went to war for oil" notion. Who in their right mind would go to war for a meager 3-12 years worth of oil? Who could possibly be that stupid?

    Oh right, George W. Bush...

  • securing the worlds most important resource is of importance even if little john lennon wannabes cant handle or deal with war.

you dont run the world for a reason, the country would of crashed and burned years ago.

the reasons we are there matter for everyones security not just the U.S, everyone uses oil every single nation. its not the big bad u.s, its us securing access to it for everyone elses sake...we have not taken a dam thing from there especially oil.

    why do I even bother.

  • @zoddie -- "its us securing access to it for everyone else ..." That is SO silly how do you prevent giggling uncontrollably? The 'free market', as corrupt & flawed as Mafia Capitalism tends to be, had no problem selling oil to anyone that would pay, cept when western fatcats Wall St. oligarchs jacked-around destroying global economy & set a 50% middlemen fee on all oil sales. US is blocking access to China, Russia & India for its OWN geopolitical benefit. You think they won't mind? Idiotski.

  • When he says towards the end "iraq has 90 billion barrels of oil .... when you consider than in 2008 the world consumed 85 billion barrels / day, so a billion barrels is a 11.5 days supply .... which ain't that much"

So that means Iraq has 90 x 11.5 days = 1035 days which does seem like a reasonable amount. Especially if we're selfish and just give it to the UK/USA, in which case it might last for 12 years rather than 3 years.

    Disaster averted.

  • Disaster averted? What happens after the 3 or 12 years, then?

Millions of years of formation to make a natural fossil fuel that we just light up and burn in only 3 to 12 years? It's insanity. Reasonable?

  • By then we will have an alternative developed. 12 years is a long time in the science / technology world . If not I guess we will have to follow through with plan b (exterminating 90% of the worlds population) .

  • thats wishful thinking. You can't expect our current infrastructure to be completely resupplied of energy without making massive cutbacks on anything but bare essentials.

  • So I guess they want to conquest Iraq!

  • George orwell 1984

  • @leidsewallen27

No it's Aldous Huxleys "Brave New World".

Orwell was telling about a dictatorship and oppression while in Huxleys novel the people do it for free and are convinced that it is the best way.

Sit back and ask yourself again which of these scenarios match the current situation better.

  • Geothermal energy.

    Solar energy.

    And perhaps zero-point energy...

    will render fossil fuels irrelevant.

The sooner this happens, the better.

  • What is the evidence that we "have" Iraq's oil? Everytime I read about it, its some other country making deals to buy it for themselves

  • It is a global industrial economy. We can't just horde it all for ourselves. It doesn't work that way, but we can control the extraction process.

  • @VinceP1974

Yes i doesn't matter who produces it. As long as Americans can buy it with nice designed green printed pieces of cotton and the oil is flowing it doesn't matter.

This is the weakness in the analysis of a lot of this "blood for cheap oil" protesters. It doesn't need to be cheap as long as it is sold in US dollars.

  • Terrorism is one of the biggest deception an invisible tool used against the people called fear.

  • Yeah and fear is the tool to control stupid people.

Thats why "they" worked so hard to bring the education system down in the last 30 years.

Democracy without education does not work.

  • Exactly. Sometimes I think HL Mencken had it right in his brutal critiques of democracy.

  • and democracy is mob rule.......good thing America is supposed to be a republic, where INDIVIDUAL rights are SUPPOSED to be respected and cherished.

  • @llothar68

lol, its funny you said "democracy." You vote doesn't mean SHIT. As proven multiple times, the presidency goes to the highest bidder. You mean 'Representative' Democracy.

  • Agreed. And this movie is a much needed wakeup call for 99% of the population that's on a treadmill. Fear and stupidity have created distractions and sideshows of "NWO", 9-11 truth, chemtrails, climategate... all useless conspiracies and wastes of time that even if 100% true don't mean JACK SHIT if the whole paradigm is going to collapse. Ruppert *used to be* a WeAreChange/NWO/truther, but broke ties 5 years ago. This movie describes *thee* root/foundation issue that trumps ALL.

  • @GFUNK714 really? then why dont you go over to the middle east and see how fearless you are. go back 50 years ago they still would of killed you on site so dont even say its because of the iraq war

  • @GFUNK714 paranoid waktards, its called "world relations"

  • @GFUNK714 Exactly!
