fender strats are not made for metallica or metal in general unless you get an hss with a floyd and switch out the pups for a hh pickguard and 2 emgs but your still missing the 24 frets that kirk uses when a strat only has 21..so he'd be dumping a good $400 into an already overpriced guitar..his guitar is better suited for metal and hard rock music..that aside lol nice guitar man and great job other than tuning keep shredding

i just changed the strings from 10g to 12g on my floyed and took me a whole weekend to set it up again(havening no pervious experiance)and it still wasnt right and attempted again the following weekend and got it right...so although the guys tuning is out he has probably readjusted this months n months ago

@TheCorpse6 Yeah. My 2 Guitars have FRs... One is in Eb and Drop Db... I Use a program called audacity to change the pitch of the song to match my guitar... (1/4 step being .25) And I burn them to a CD or drag them in to my Itunes library... I can Play Metallica, Van Halen, GnR, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Megadeth, Iron MAiden, and Ozzy in the same hour without tuning.... Its worth it.
