So here is what I am thinking and it just came to me. Whoever was their Captain at the time is the real dirty dirty cop. The Captain of McAllister, Montgomery and Raglan will eventually come into play. They might leave her mothers murder alone this year, but this is going to come into play I bet. I freaking love this show because it makes me think. I love the drama of it, but I love the procedure stuff too.

ok I'm watching it again, and I'm thinking the shooter of Raglun had to have been hearing the conversation he was having w/Beckett & Castle... He shot the guy at the precise moment when he was really going to give some evidence. They didn't seem to mention that part ...

Okay, I'm only 5:45 into it, but may I just say this: I've had cancer and the writers have it all wrong. Storytelling is for jerks who think the world is amused by their pinheaded dramatic pauses and shocking reveals. In reality, nobody who is faced with eternity thinks they're cute. That's why real stories have weight.
