  • When can I come around for a slice? It looks good and you are a very nice lady.Greetings from Australia!

  • So jealous of your kitchen! My dough is rising right now. We like to spread it out on a greased cookie sheet then flip it onto the hot grill! When one side is toasty, I flip it over, cover with warmed toppings, and shut the grill lid. Summer Pizza! It's not always pretty but it sure tastes good.

  • @parttimeuser

What a great method for using a outdoor grill. I must try it myself.

  • That looks delicious!

  • Yep that looks yummy I have to try making pizzas because I love them so much. Thank you Mary good Job

  • Excellent video... I've worked at a pizza company for many years and I can tell that would taste so yummi.. Good post. Thank you.

  • @VirginiaBeachNative

Thanks for the comment, it's greatly appreciated.

  • Thanks for the video dear. I have been using my food processor to make pizza dough for a few year now. It works great. Pizza is the best way to use up left over veggies and cheese we tend to accumulate in the fridge.

I love your olive oil pot/jug dispenser, it's very cool. Keep up the good work.

  • Great video I have to try it out your pizza looks delicious.

  • I've been making my dough in our Zojurushi bread machine. Works fine...but this dough...can't wait to try it in the Cuisinart. Going high heat 550 -4 minutes on a pizza stone. You are invited, Ms. Mary.

  • what a lovely grandma ^^. thanks for the video. i love doing all the cooking with the mixer :P

  • Thank you so much for this video! I set my computer on the counter and watched it as I followed your instructions. It was the best pizza I ever made. I have one question... I found it so hard to stretch it out, as it keeps shrinking back, which it didn't seem to do for you. Would you have any suggestions for this? Thank you!!!!

  • @kimberly3546

Roll out the dough as much as you can. With clenched fists lift the dough over your fists and carefully stretch and pull. If it still doesn't fit the cookie sheet, with oiled fingers stretch the dough. It doesn't need to fit the cookie sheet completely but do you best to get a good fit. Let me know if this helps. Thanks for the lovely comment.

  • Hey Mary I like the pan you used. I don't have processor so I have to do it all by hand, but I get to throw some flour around and make it look like a lot of work, lol. The only thing I do differently is put oil on the crust before the sauce and the cheese. It seems to let the crust get cooked without the sauce making it mushy. Oh yeah I would much rather eat your pizza, lol. It comes with wine. Mine is just soda. lol.

  • This is a great video Mary Cooks! You're adorable. I thought there must be a video on youtube to explain an easier way. I will try this method next time. I just tried the "handmade" method and it was painful.

  • @hopingforhumanity

Thanks for the lovely comment and I would love to know how this method for making pizza dough works for you. It's so quick and easy.

  • Looks deelish, Mary! Love that you added the red pepper on the top at the end...I've always loved it like that!

  • Ok i wish you where my mom. I would eat pizza everyday. :)

  • you can make me pizza anytime!

  • This is a really helpful video. Thanks for making it. I've never used my food processor to make dough. I look forward to it trying it out.

  • Appreciate your comment. Some food processors have a steel blade, and a flat or plastic blade, for dough making. I have used both types of blades and they work equally well. Love to hear how you enjoy making dough in the processor.

  • Thank you for a wonderful how-to video.

  • Thank for you viewing and enjoying my video. It is a delicious and quick way to make pizza.

  • What a lovely comment. The flour I use is Pillsbury Bread Flour. My Dad was from Avellino, Italy and my Mom was a great Italian cook.

  • Great job thank you, by the way your blouse looks so pretty on you !

  • Thanks for the lovely comment and hope you enjoy the pizza.

  • You are welcome ! That is great that you have a Maltese to Dallas is the love of my life to I would never get another breed. Great job on your video I love cooking and I love my food processor. Keep making us videos .....all the best Holly

  • Check out my recent video - Halloween Pizzas and you will see Freddie at the end. Maltese rule!

  • Cooz-in-aire?! ROFL!! Is that anything like a Cuisinart? (pronounced queeze-in-art !) Anyway....you forgot or forgot to mention the sugar, you know, for the yeast to eat? Having said that, good effort, thanks for your contribution.

  • Thanks for the queeze-in-art pronounciation. I do not put sugar in any of my yeast recipes and find the dough raises just as well without. Hope you'll give it a try.

  • No, ROLF at you for nitpicking. Part of the charm of Italian-American women is their nack for mangling certain names and phrases. My Italian grandmother did this all the time and it was quite endearing. We all know what you mean Mary - don't ever change!

  • Thanka for you support!

  • @cookingfordads
