  • Do they speak real Polish? The blonde one is very beautiful.

  • This video is not accurate.

Polish women in the UK have no interest in English Gentleman.. they want Blacks, Pakistani, Turk and other Muslim men

  • @wank0r errrr not sure what you were looking at but i dont think the women was depicting them as interested in english guys and your comment makes you sound a bit mental (they dont even want polish men?)

  • @wank0r, How the fuck would you know, everyone different you twat

  • @wank0r Very true, and given the number of Poles living in the UK the future's not looking too good for the Brits.

  • @Hammersmith80 Eastern European women are very cold, unfriendly and closed compared to our Western women. They make good house wives though.. Don't expect anything more lol

  • @wank0r lol I don't wish to make sweeping generalisation's as we should view people on an individual basis, but having met a few Polish women they were all cold, calculating and incredibly selfish.

  • @Hammersmith80 Of course i agree everyone is different. But there are clear cultural differences between the East and the West.

I think it's down to their Communism past, and their heavily Catholic population

  • Not bad at all, but... I was wondering about point of rest of sketches with this girls, when half of their conversation is told in pseudo Polish language. We can't encrypt what they actually said, and you Brits do not understand Polish at all. :)

BTW. Do we really have so bad accent or it just a caricature? ;d

    Greetings from Poland lads.

  • @GroobyPL92 i think the point is that the guy is always confused about what is going on and the audience can interpret it how they like. its surreal. i didnt get it at first but now i find it realy funny

  • @GroobyPL92 dont worry it is just caricature like we joke that all people from eastern europe sound russian

  • I'm a pole and lap dancers swing on me

  • Laura Solon & Alice Lowe are great. They should definitely have more recognition.

  • Stupid. Not funny. Not true. Sucks... Give even one example tht its true.... Bullshit

  • I am a Pole, and I think that this whole series of jokes about the Poles is very funny :~) and well-played by the actress :~) Super! Please more :~)

  • @bedek1967 I am Polish too and I think this sense of humor is absolutely fantastic! I loved the joke! People who make derogatory comments in any direction are really missing the cues.

  • @jonathan55751

And no brits in Spain, Portugal, France etc...

  • @jonathan55751 suck polish dick

  • @jonathan55751 try repeating that statement next time you are in Cracow for a weekend with your mates you daft c..t

  • I love her short temper! What?!? No!! It is OLD!!!

  • BUHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Billiant!! Hilarious!!!! :))))

P.S. And I'm polish. My name's wojtek & live in opole, poland. used to live in the uk, london and Eire, Maynooth, Co. Kildare ;) for all those poles criticising this video and saying some other bulshit about it I'll say just one simple thing: gońcie się leszcze i popaprańce :))) which means kind a "why don't u go & heck urself u losers" ;))))) cheers!!!

  • I finally figured out where that lady on the left is from. Wasn't she in fucking Garth Merenghi's Darkplace?

God that's been driving me crazy. I've been watching Harry's stuff all morning and I've seen her face in a few of these sketches and I couldn't remember where I had seen her from.

This sketch finally solidified where I had seen her. That is where she is from right?

  • @noptic She was also in "Horrible histories"

  • Laura Solon, mmm!

  • ONE NINETY PLEASE!! :)

  • one of my favourite programs, one of my favourite skits...and all of the other 'Polish Cafe' clips too. the one where they finally meet to go on a date is priceless.

  • Those girls sound v. Russian. Fail.

  • @swiinka To us brits... all your slavis/russians sound the same

  • @wank0r I am fully aware of that. Still, the show creators could have tried harder, that's all.

  • @swiinka why? it's a show for BRITISH people made by BRITISH people.

  • @wank0r I don't know why, but I like when people treat their job seriously, even if the job is a comedy show. Especially that there are so many Poles living in UK now, great opportunity to make it better at practically no cost. No cost but effort. But what do I know, I'm just some Pole and this show is made for BRITISH people.

  • @swiinka so many pole? the UK is 90% BRITISH people..

also most poles are very ignorant and xenophobic. they don't watch British TV. They bring their Polish decoders to watch TV from Poland.

  • @wank0r I've been to UK only once (living in Ireland myself) and from what I saw some of those BRITISH are in fact Indian, Arabic, African etc. Quite a melange, I must say. Perhaps it's time to accept the variety? I do not have a telly for quite a while now, but back when I had it, I was watching Irish TV and I know I'm not an exception, but a rule here. I must tell you that it's very hard to follow the news in a foreign language. Go live abroad and try that yourself, then we'll talk.

  • @swiinka I lived in France for 8 months, my french language skills advanced 10x more than my 2 years learning french in School.

Yes lots of "ethnics" in the cities.. big deal.

  • @wank0r Indeed, living abroad for a couple of months helps a lot, but still, reading papers and watching news in the given language requires quite a high level, some people never achieve it. When you have a full-time job, you don't even have enough of spare time and attention for that. I suppose you're not able to read Le Monde effortlessly either, are you? I'm not, even though my French is good enough for conversation purposes and day-to-day routine.

  • @swiinka Where is this conversation going LOL.

I simply reply to the crying Polish people, complaining that the "polish" language the British actresses is not correct

  • @wank0r It's you who started with criticising Polish for being xenophobic and ignorant, I simply try to make you understand the issue better. You replied to my comment and I am not "crying Polish people".

  • @swiinka The poles are xenophobic in general. compared with other immigrants in the UK. Many many Indian 3rd genereation Brits are just as British as white. Polish, come here to speak polish, watch polish tv, shop in the many Polish shops they build. and drink Polish beer with their Polish friends :)

  • @wank0r Generalizing is good and comfortable. I cannot really blame you, back in Poland I used to say that English speakers don't give a damn about other languages and cultures, then I came to Dublin and realized that nothing is that simple. BTW, all Indian people I know eat only Indian food and dine together to speak their language(s), and I totally feel for them - they don't want to lose connection with who they are and where they came from.

  • @swiinka if salted cabbage and smelly sausages are sooo nice, stay living in poland :) oh i forgot.. benefits are too nice here :) 2004 EU membership is like whole of Poland won the lottery :)

  • @wank0r Fortunately I live in Ireland, where people are much more open-minded (and I think I understand now why they dislike English folks so much). Obvious troll is obvious.

  • @swiinka im from wales.. therefore im NOT English. maybe if you were not so ignorant and learn about my country you would know not everyone in the UK is English :)

Btw Irish people don't hate English.. Irish is the biggest immigration in the UK and they integrate fine. People of the British Isles are all similar.. we like pubs, beer and football

  • @wank0r Oh me what an ignorant dick u are!! I am polish and i live in Scotland,my boyfriend is scottish and i ve got a lot of scottish and polish friends. I eat english breakfast every morning, and i watch Hollyoaks. How can u even speak about polish people in general?! Every single person is different and it doesnt matter are they black yellow or polish. btw, polish beer IS actually the best.

  • @Martitorakis How blindly patriotic. Ever heard of famous Belgium Czech beer? they are the best. Plus German and British beers

  • they speak polish as if they were english and english as if they were russians

    well done

  • quality....but tbh nearly all polish girls ive met are sweet and beautiful, not brash & rude like the stereotype

  • hahaha,I like it :)

    respect from Poland

    Those girls are pretty.

  • HITLERS BRILLIANT INVASION PLAN MARCH INTO POLAND BACKWARDS -THE POLES THOUGHT GERMANY WAS LEAVING-IM A POLE

  • Fantastic.

  • It's comedy and that's all...now STFU

  • Its not about stereotypes...it's comedy, tragic, sad...the guy just wants to make friends but he hasn't got a chance because they are the ones with robotic ways

  • i think thats alice lowe from horrible histories

  • Is that Effy's father from Skins? ;)

  • Polish girls working in the UK????

  • ONE NINETY PLEASE!

  • good morning big boi XD

  • ONE NINETY PLEASE!!!!

  • I don't get the joke here, yet I don't find this bit racist or defamatory in any way.

  • @CyclopsPL The implication the joke was that in poland, the living conditions are so bad that people die by age 47 or so. Of course, it's nothing more than a joke, no one here actually believes poland is like that :)

  • @Nikon05 Isn't the joke that the young woman thinks 47 is old. A fact which is upsetting for Harry's middle-aged character who thinks he has a chance with her?

  • @ELSORD83 exactly. He fancies her, but she thinks that 47 is really old and near the age that people die.

  • @Nikon05 Well not ''exactly'' then. My suggestion had nothing to do with living conditions in Poland. I think the joke would have worked as well with an English girl.

  • @ELSORD83 well i think you're missing the underlying joke here. Why else would a girl think men only live to 47 years old? Harry does alot of stereotype's in his jokes, he doesn't mean them literally, its just a bit of fun. Like his american, irish and german skits.

  • @Nikon05 Not really. The fact she mentions that her father was smoking a lot suggests the cause of death. she is saying 47 is old in order to emphasize the age gap between herself and Harry. Have you never seen this exaggerated use of the age gap for comic effect before?

  • @ELSORD83 whats the underlying stereotype of the skit in that case? As is the standard for Harry's skits when a nationality is involved. Each of my friends that have seen this all thought the same as me, that's all I know. lol

  • @Nikon05 Does there necessarily have to be an underlying stereotype here? I have never heard of the Poles having particularly short lifespans nor have I seen any such idea in any of the stereotypes used in comedy or among people I know or have met. One stereotype I am aware of is that Polish girls tend be pretty damn good looking. So if there is any stereotype at work here it's more likely to this one.

  • @ELSORD83 In all Harry's nationality skits, there is an underlying stereotype. The Poles don't actually have short lifespans. If you refer to my original reply, its nothing more than a joke, just like all of his other skits. And yes, Polish girls are very hot.

  • @Communismcomrade Ironically your name is communism comrade, which means if you believe in communism then you believe in treating people equally and not treating them differently on race, creed or nationality. maybe you shouldnt judge all people the same just because they have place of birth in common?

  • its funny but, so obviously english.. it doesn't make sense to others.

  • hm... the ginger is hot :P

  • I'm Polish and I love this! So funny!

And the girl's Polish is very good, if You know how hard it is for non-Poles and non-Slavs to pronounce our Polish sounds.

    I think it's hillarious, great fun :-))

  • @PanTopor So its real Polish? I thought they were just making that up as they went along.

  • @Kagama Yes, it's real Polish. I think it's quite an effort for such a little scene. I think the girls are doing very good. I don't think neither British or rather newly arrived Polish people understand how hard polish language is to non-slavs. And it is V E R Y hard...

  • @PanTopor I figured out the "totaj" part lol Honestly I just thought they were making it up. :)

  • @PanTopor That's Sally Philips. You might know her from 'Smack the Pony', 'Hippies', 'I'm Alan Partirdge'? And it was actually someone else in Darkplace, but they do look similar!

  • @TheSunmanho put a sock in it you tramp.

  • @TheSunmanho Oooh! Someone was just taught how to read AND use the internet! Glad to see tax dollars are being used to get dumb yobs some valuable work skills.

  • haha lol its funny as hell xD

  • @polishpunkoi Which part exactly?

  • i love how anyone who doesn't know poland thinks that they have a russian accent yet poland and russia are so different

  • this debate about the girls language and origins is misguided as Ive seen the blonde one in other sketc hes and the dark one is " claire " the bus conductor on the beatles sketch

  • "I missed you," "WHAT!!" loved that bit

  • thanks for upload...so funny

  • is that pippa evens

  • What a funny russian accent

  • @2teas2room22 yes, definitely not Polish. Russian or Slovakian maybe... But it is funny, and an impressive Polish pronunciation too.

  • Good morning BIG BOY lol xD

  • Is there a stereotype in England that Polish people are dying early, and this is normal for Poland? :)

  • @GoszkaSliwka not at all, I think the Enfield character sees the blonde girl as a prospective partner and he has a cruel dose of reality when he's reminded that his age puts him way outside her field of interest.

  • @vordman Oh right. Oops Why I didn't get it? You know there are so many strange stereotypes, so I thought it was another one. Any way that was funny :) I like English humor specially Monty Python my favorite is "Life of Brian" ;D Thank you for your explanation:)

  • @GoszkaSliwka I'm not sure....but my partner's father died in his late 50's, and his friend when he was 23. It's probably a coincidence, but the few Polish people I've known have alcohol problems somewhere in the family.

  • @RedArtistx Life in the UK is about four years longer than the life in Poland:) And in a region where I live (north-eastern Poland), we live as long as in the UK. The worst situation is in the industrialized regions. So alcohol is not so much influence on mortality. Too bad.

  • @GoszkaSliwka i duno what the english are thinking about poles... but certain things there got very messed up lmao

  • @SpiritWanderer91 There will always be a group of people that fits the stereotype. Some Englishmen, come to Krakow for just one purpose, get drunk, behave like cattle and have sex with some easy woman. Do I have to think that they all are like that? Such stories are already circulating all over Poland, this is already a stereotype. But I warn you, several men have already landed on the Board of sobriety, even TV mentions these incidents. :) It's probably not those famous English gentlemen? :)

  • Those girls are Russian NOT Polish!!!

  • @liqufri The women playing them are English.

  • @birdman3120 The men actaully.

  • @joezzzify ???

  • @birdman3120 Oh sorry, typo. should say, there men actually.

  • @joezzzify Who are? Sorry, I'm being a bit dumb here! :D

  • I love english humour, and jokes, even those about Poles.

  • Gave me a lot of good laughter:) i'd love to visit that caffe

  • love it,love it...this coffe shop is on hammersmith.nice people

  • They are not Polish they are Russian! You can hear the accent and the famous "Sanky u"

  • @domi5010 ...its a comedy show, get over it!!

  • @coltsuperocean10 I know I know. Enfield uses a spectrum of acents & dialects in his shows. I can't understand all of this stupid talk. The girls are English actresses and Enfield is English. The Funniest thing of all you have people writing in saying their Polish or Russian is terrible. Of course it bloody is-its an English TV show for Goodnesss sake.

  • @domi5010 ermm.. theyre not russian.. i speak russian myself coz ive been living in moscow and thats no russian

  • @domi5010 more like lithuanian or latvian

  • @domi5010

well they talk to each other in polish but its a pretty bad polish so i guess they aint really polish. as for accent polish people hav different accents

  • @ImmortalHardOn both the girls are English acresses

  • @vordman

they arent polish, that much was obvious :D

  • @ImmortalHardOn The actress on the right is Laura Solon, an English comedienne.

  • HAHAHAHAAH I LOVE THIS !!!

  • good morning BIG BOI....

  • whats the song at the begining?

  • their polish is terrible xD

  • I love Cafe Polski on Harry and Paul it's hilarious.

  • the blonde one would get shagged sensless!! very sexy girl, lol

  • @goldyn12345

    stop wanking off you wanker
