You know what I just realized, she most likely not wearing toe pads :o ! Haha, I would just quit if I had to do pointe with out toe pads. AND she's doing stuff I complain about WITH them on :) Shes amazing!

You are mistaken. That is incorrect. No one except for my parents, and later on myself, ever paid for any of my training in either ballet or skating, or for my academic education. To state otherwise is an outright falsehood and calumny and is a sad attempt to take financial credit for the hard work of both my father and myself. I find this absolutely inexplicable and offensive.

Did you happen to notice that this dates from 1982? She was only 13 at the time, but went on to a rather illustrious career, including dancing Juliet with the Royal Ballet when she was only 15 or 16.
