Nice review!!! I feel the same way about the game. My friends and I started it last night and literally played it for 4 and a half hours straight because we thought it was so amazing. I personally haven't finished the game yet, but I love it so far, even though the controls are crap. I can't get over how much this game sucks and rocks all at the same time. You had trouble with the gun play? I LOVED the gun play set up. I knew when it was a nice hit verse just hitting the target, found it easy to use…I always shot the heads. I got head shot bonus. the melee was not so good…unless breaking stuff..
With gas just pick up a new cop car you never worry about gas. Just make sure the cop car you get into is 100% and then switch out cars as needed.
Some of the best writing? One of the worst dialogs that cracked me up. When they just “saved” Diane, Emily was like I think she’ll be ok…REALLY REALLY?!?! Because after what this chick went through LETS just hope she makes it through the night.
The thing that bothered me is the closer it got to the end I almost felt like it went off the super natural deep end…
I do love the psychology in the game…um I though it was a multiple personality disorder. Because Emily saw the creatures too…
The reason you could never find trailers..information was originally Deadly Premonition was called "Rainy Woods" Later to be called "Red Seeds Profile" in Japan and deadly Premonition. I had been curious about this back when it was called Rainy Woods, I watched trailers and had to have it from then out.
The reason the game is good, IT WAS SO DANG ADDICTIVE!!!! The town was HUGE far as a traveling game play. It had real touches like eating, and needing sleep. The combat system was set up nice

If you like this video game, you should check out the Twin Peaks TV series. There are such simillarities between the two, that many gamers have called Deadly Premonition "Twin Peaks the game". : ) I think you'd like it.

I dont even know why i got this game. I saw it advertised on xbox live and I just strait went out and got it. It was only £25. But I love it. The only thing that I can not stand is when you view the world map you can not zoom out far enough to see where you are going to plot a course.
