@annikashultz np! my son is 2 1/2 years old and not much changes so i've settled on good enough ;) maybe for others the tightness returns but it hasn't for me. i don't think mine would ever be as tight as pre-pregnancy. however, i haven't also been good with doing planks on a regular basis so maybe it could. have you tried planks?
Just so you know, you look AWESOME! You can definitely tell you work out and I hope that you don't beat yourself up too much about your appearance. You're really tiny! I am a mom, too, and I was really fit before I had my son (he's 19 months now), but I have the same problem with what you're talking about with the loose skin, even though I work out, too. I know it can toy with you mentally, but personally, I think you look great.
@MrsTinkerbellCIA you just gave birth! congrats~ no need to worry, it will happen when you are motivated. right now you must be exhausted w/ a newborn.
@MrsTinkerbellCIA i'm sure you are, it's so hard in the beginning. hope baby sleeps well for you and you get rest...you have time to get back in shape. i know it feels much better once you do but right now is the battle to recover and get some reasonable amount of sleep. :)
@sookiepyo some nights she sleeps wonderful and others not so much.. right now every1 is sick except her and i really hope she doesnt get sick..(we all have colds n soar throats)
gosh i wish i looked like that after! lol my son is 17 months now and i gained so much weightt i was 125 before preg now im 196.. what did you do to loose it, can you do a video for it =] thanks! i need to get the motivation to loose lol
@Kassiechannel i did lots of cardio and stopped snacking. it was hard getting adjusted to eating less because i loved to eat during pregnancy. getting motivated is probably the hardest part, after that with good cardio and eating healthy (most of the time) you will lose 1-2pds per week...that's the safest way. wish you luck! :)
@sookiepyo yea i already stopped snacking and stuff but they say eat small snacks every 3 hours or so lol oh well i was never much of a snacker, i just ate too much when i ate. Thanks for the tip girly, yes it is hard to get motivated haha
@Kassiechannel i have heard of that too but snacking every 3 hrs is a hard thing to do especially for moms of toddlers! i just eat three meals and count calories when i can. it's toughest the first week than it gets easier. i ran a lot, the first couple times felt so hard but than you get used to it. it takes a 3,500 calorie deficit to lose just 1 pd. O_O but when you see the scale move you feel happy! let me know about your progress. :)
@sookiepyo lol i know right it will take forever, but i did loose 6 pounds so far i was 202 while ago so i know i can do it i just need motiation ha. i got a little gym in my apts but im soo lazy to get up and go lol
Oops, I typed "all leaned out" and it autocorrected. :)
