However, normal top speed of maxima 2003 is about 240-245k less than 2 kilometers...

lol if she was flooring it, the revs woulda been higher, and when you look outside, you can tell the car wasnt going that fast, i think the speedometer is broken :)

when you're cruising at top speed (with a govener) it's usually around 3-5000 rpms...the reason for this is the final gear isn't meant for picking up speed at all, it's just there to provide better fuel efficiency..thats why most older muscle cars have 3 speed automatics without overdrive

just my thought... ur speedometer is broke? u dont seem to show the outside of the car very much, and from what i can see, it doesnt look to be that fast... and if i was riding in a car with a girl driving 180 mph, i wouldnt be sitting in the back, let alone leaning forward, videotaping, without a seatbelt... just my opinion

@kemooloove remove the top speed limiter. all vq series engines can top 160 mph.if u have that engine of course.
