Great vid man. I've done a few marathons so I should be good for the run but what kind of strength training did you do to prepare?

@lil2Man Thanks man! At that time and to this day, I was doing just the basic P90X program. From last year to this years spartan race is night and day because they've really stepped it up. Work on more upper body strength and train with lots and lots of hills. lol you've done marathons so I know you'll be fine. Hope you subscribe cause I got lots more vids coming!

@MrxB1 As far as I know there is no age limit, but I think you have to be at least 16 to race. When you planning to run it?

@wilfredc190 If you've never done one, then try the sprint first, but if you got heart, you can do the Super Spartan too! It's all in the mind and I bet you can finish the Super Spartan with no problem!

hey man with the vibrams have you dont the tough mudder? I haven't done spartan race but i am seriously debating getting vibrams 2 months away from doing tough mudder

@mattattack1986 2 months should be enough for you to break them in. I recommend vibrams on all mud runs. I have better grip in them, then with regular running shoes.
