@munda1999 bikes don't just fly away by releasing the clutch, you also need to gas the fuck out of it too. Just releasing and not accelerating you will stall the bike, obviously he didnt stall it, he totalled it!!
I love the way the guy is laughing so much even though he just crashed the bike and the paint job is probably fucked... I'd be more concerned about the bike than the person that fell...
@ForeverFalling09 haha. I can totally relate. He's taking that very well. I just got a Kawasaki Ninja 650 and I wont be too pleased if that happened to mine. But then again, it's a bike, which WILL crash sooner or later. It's only a matter of time. :P
WOW!!! poor bike I hope it's okay as well as this guy what size is this bike I started on a 600 I still have mine it is a yzf600r thundercat but it is far more tame and forgiving than any other 600 I've been on I've sat on a liter bike and just the feeling tells me that they are not forgiving at all lol well hopefully this guys will try again but on something more managable
Anyone asking about CC's for beginners just get a 250 cc a 50 you will get used to way to fast an grow bored. I would suggest the Yamaha V Star 250 I had that and I'm moving up to a 650 now. But if you have never ridden a 2 wheel motor vehicle I would say start with a moped or a qlink legacy 250 (its automatic)
I'm not gonna lie to you, I really laughed hard when floored the bike right there. Letting a guy who'd never ridden a motorcycle in his lifetime and letting him operate on a high powered bike and he has no idea of what he's doing except that he's riding a bike is kinda stupid, but in a funny way
Wow! A complete beginner without armour or leathers learning to ride for the first time on Honda's top of the line sportsbike. Then someone says 'don't be cocky...'
Who was the genius who came up with this particular plan...???
@c33d0ll its his first time...dont be so mean XD when you are first time on a motocycle you get very excited and very scaried same time:D and things happen...:D
all you all right? hmm HMMM i wudnt care about him i wud worry about my bike ok he may be there friend but even before i sat on a motorbike i knew not to do that lol i think he was cockyXD shud have listend to his friend lol
my gosh, wow, my first bike was a gsxr 750, and it was second nature to me, i got on it, and rode lol, i did however understand how to use a clutch and i respected how much power a bike has and i took my time getting used to how and when to apply throttle, i never understand why people get on a bike and do exactly what just happend in this video lol... i dont get it, the only people i have let ride my bike are my veteran rider buddys, i never let anyone 'learn' on my bike lol
iv taught people to ride from zero : and this is not the way to do it : you need to teach and tell them repeatedly the first reaction and importance of the clutch being IN and to play it in and out constantly feeling the friction point for atleast 10 minutes to ingrain a sense of meaning with the mechanics. its always their instinct to let the clutch go when sitting there not moving.
this never happened when i taught (and i never teach on my nice bike :)) ). mistakes... tsk tsk.
@m95eye yeah thats what i did, i rode an automatic scooter (80cc) for about a year to be comfortable in traffic, on roads and with basic operation : then i moved to a 125cc Honda Varadero, and was easy and forgiving, if you dump clutch it basically just stalls without much of a jerk, so was safe enough (i teach with this bike). Im riding a 900cc cruiser now, and atleast for me it was a fantastic progression and comfortable easy way to learn : i have not dropped any of them even once - yet! :)
I would never ever ever let a newbie ride my bike. Maybe if they knew how to handle a clutch. Maybe. But, I would not want my bike tumbling through the air like that.
hahaha seeing vids like this just makes me think oooo i will do the same because im going in for my cbt in 2 month haha and it will be my 1st time on a motorbike.
@password756 do they provide bikes at the CBT? They do here, and they're just little tiny things. Not nearly so much power as this. Now to in order to get your actual endorsement at the DOT, you have to ride your own bike. Which that case may be different, but since you're a newbie at this, you should have bought a smaller bike anyway.
@nickster...but owning an 02 954 the first thing I was told was "DON'T" twist that wick to fast. Especially if your tires are cold. I still think riding a smaller older bike for begining is better...like a Katana 600 or what ever. But leting someone on a Litre bike with EFI...that has never riden. I would never let that happen to one of my friends.
