doesnt matter on height. now in the nfl you have to go low. the fact the he launched himself into woodheads ear hole shows the rookie side of the player. it was and will always be seen as a dirty hit.

My Sunday entertainment isn't worth the craters being carved into the brains of these athletes. Craters that may potentially ruin their quality of life after they retire from the game. Enforcing rules for no helmet to helmet hits is the moral thing to do to minimize that risk.

I love hearing all you tough guys saying "we should make it two hand touch" and that it was a legal hit. It was helmet to helmet, end of story. I don't want to hear about rules that were in place two and three years ago. We're talking about now and you have a guy for the Bucs, trying to make the team, who clearly took a cheap, and illegal, shot at Woodhead just to get some game tape for his coaches. It's a cheap shot and he deserves whatever punishment he gets.
