Charles do you mind if I ask you a question? i know i should not be asking you since its acknowledging my anxiety and that not good for my subconscious as your guide suggests! But I just have one last question to ask and I believe this is the last step to end my anxiety..would you care to answer? its very simple and i think it would be a great help if you can answer it...its been a long 8 month battling with physical pain and anxiety....please look into it i'll be waiting for your reply

Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone.
