Actually, he did graduated with a law degree from Glasgow Uni. He doesn't drop out. He tried to practice but he quit later on or being fired but either that because the reality is stupid and being a lawyer to stupid people is even more stupider. Around his law school days, he was in a rock band and around that time, he did act a bit. After he quit the practice, he tried to pursue in acting as in... seriously.
Just to set the record straight, GB has a law degree from Glasgow University. He was interning at a law firm in Edinburgh after he got his degree, realized he didn't want to be a lawyer, started to drink and party too much to escape his misery and was fired by the law firm. He is quoted as saying "It was the worst day of my life, but also the best because I realized that I really wanted a career in acting." The folks in that law firm cheered him on and attended the premiere of POTO.

I think he's gorgeous too, but he actually doesn't have a law degree, he dropped out of law school to pursue acting. (thankfully) ;)
If he hadn't, I'd probably be getting myself into legal issues just for the sole purpose of needing a lawyer.
