Vaterland und Heimat, von da! mit seinem Muttersprache Schauspielerin spricht, alles auf dem Land habt in ein einziege Sprache gesprochen, aber in Ausland kann man mit verschiedene Sprache uber etwas wirklich sprechen, ohne Unterschied! ohne schreien alle Leute zu mir auf! was denkst du?

why was the bit cut out where the other kids are hitting Malachi, and Frank sticks up for him? or was that in another "school" scene?...I haven't seen the film in awhile.

I remember the teacher though saying "my little hooligan" and "come with me, my little yankee doodle dandy" and dragging him into school. Seem to remember it being over a fight though, and the fight/bullying being because of the shoes...
