This is a very neat and professional-looking setup. I'm just getting into this topic and really hope my 1st attempt is as good as this! Nice work. Did you buy the circuit parts over the counter at Maplins, or did you have to order online?

@leswhitehouse666 Hi ,thanks for comment I have bought some circuit parts from maplin but the best deals can be found on ebay or online suppliers I buy from UK to USA , SSG is a good starting place, Truth in Heart web site USA you can get everything you need I bought my first window motor circuits from there.

Agreed perspex would look nice maybe for my final build just got rid of the aluminium apparently causes eddy waves preformance has improved.

Why not make the rotor mount from Perspex.? Nice think Clear stuff would look nice.

Thanks for comment I have been testing over the last 2 weeks and my 2 recharging batteries have charged up I,ve taken them from approx 0.84amp to 3.20amp but cannot get a volt charge over 13v as you would with a regular charger highest volts in battery after leaving12+ hours after charging average around 12.60v and thats using a fully trickle charged battery for the power and a run time of ten hours by which time my driving volts is getting close to 12. Still learning yet.
