yogurt shouldn't bother those lactose intolerant... I can't have milk or cheese, but yogurt doesn't affect me. unless you have another problem with dairy, yogurt is fine.
People can be more tolerant of traditionally made yogurt than milk because it contains lactase enzyme produced by the bacterial cultures used to make the yogurt. However, many commercial brands contain milk solids, increasing the lactose content.
I love this recipe! I used tofu in this recipe. I never cooked with tofu before so I wasn't expecting the cubes to puff up. I had big chunks of tofu in the dish but it was so good no one seemed to mind. :) Thank You vahchef

The small brown balls were just Soya Nuggets. You just need to boil them for about 5 minutes and they are ready to be added to any dish.

i wish you good luck chum. I always wondered why cant we have a tv channel like the one as UK TV Food.. with a variety of cooking programmes, recepies and great chefs across the world. Im sure you are going to be a success. good luck.

I'm sure you made a very good decision. So many recipes from villages across India are disappearing for ever because we are losing the older generation. Every house hold in every village have unique recipes. Your effort on this is very much appreciated.
