oh crap...he sounds just like Sting! If I didn't know better, and if I weren't watching the video, I would have thought it was the Police playing! Or that he was lip syncing!

But you can tell just enough of a difference in his pronunciation that he really is singing. But holy crap, this guy is good! And the whole band is playing awesome. This is definitely one of the best, if not THE best, Police cover bands I've ever heard!

Its frightening how close they sound to the Police. If you have heard The Police in concert or have any live recordings, you will know that they improvise a bit and don't just sound like the original recording. I have been a musician for 32 years and have a pretty good ear but I would have been totally fooled if someone had played these guys and I didn't know it wasn't The Police. I still don't have a high opinion of tribute bands but have a ton a respect for this group.

OMG this is so cool..what year was this? Is this really Nek pre-solo career? I wonder if he and Sting ever met. I know that Sting lives in Tuscany some of the time (neighbours with Zucchero apparently). There is a fairly good chance that he's heard of Nek. I hope they work togethere eventually.

Half Italian living in Britain here.... My dad had italian satelite tv for years and i remember when this guy first performed on an italian tv competition called San Remo festival, and i couldnt believe that even when he sings in Italian he sounded just like Sting... its very very scary but brilliant too!
