There's a hill in New Zealand called One Tree Hill. There used to be just one tree on it, but it got cut down a few years back... So really it's No Tree Hill now.

NO lol that got it all wrong what the name actually means is that there is only ONE tree hill as in there is only one place! it's like you would say there is only One Sydney, there is only one Chicargo etc etc... Mark Schwahn explained this in one interview and they had Karen explain it in one episode where she says "There is only ONE Tree Hill and it's your home..."
