  • hey hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin lost lots of weight with it.

  • I lost 90 pounds when I was 21 eating Nurtisystem and boxing 30 min a day for three or four months, I dunno about now, I forgot what I did LOL

  • now i sweat buckets , i love the stuff , its funny i cheated my workout last week when i was taking the pills and i still lost 5 to 6 pounds not that bad and if they did not work i woulda not llost any thing , i guss every one is different. and yes you are right you gota stay away from bread .

  • bro thats sound like a good diet your on, i am on a diet myself , the Key is to watch how much Sodium you intake to cause this stuff will kill ya man no joke , every time i do a food shopping like i did today i look at the Nutrition guide and look at how much Sodium it has, for the Pills thing well bro u might have to disagree wit ya , just cause i have tryed it and it dose help a lot , its like a tool , i can tell it works cause when i worked out before i took it i would not sweat as much

  • Thanks for the video. Your right about making your own diet plan, not everyone loses weight the same way. Personally, I like to stay around 1100-1300 calories a day and less than 30 grams of fat and walk a mile on the treadmill a few times a week. For the most part those calories consist of lean cusine dinners and sometimes a sandwhich. In a little over a month and a half I've lost 42 pounds so far. My diet is VERY simple, as you said it's all about calories.

  • does digging for old soda bottles count as exercies.

  • you can also eat a cup of yogurt (small cup) and it does basically the same thing as gatorade

  • I did Nutrisystem. It's so funny, they make you think you NEVER have to walk into the grocery store again, but when you get the kit-n-kaboodle, you have to buy 75% of the food AFTER getting the Nutrisystem plan. Trust me, they don't send you EVERYTHING. Weight Watchers is the most inexpensive program I've ever joined, and they don't try to sell you a ton of gimicks, the point system is the easiest thing ever

  • dude never drink diet soda when trying to lose weight because its bad for your body since it has aspertame in it and since there is weight loss going it means it will be even worse, its better to just go all water nothing but water cause thats what the body really needs to function well, water

  • will i loose weight if i have the same 3 meals a day? 1st meal is a bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit 2nd is a turkey sandwhich plain with pretzels and fruitbowl with water 3rd is fish and a salad.

  • You'll for sure lose weight with that diet. That sounds very similar to mine. You could probably actually eat more than that every day, and still lose weight.

  • I would eat something small when you wake up, like a cup of yogurt and a glass of milk/juice, then run, then have breakfast. Calories=energy

    You'll have a hard time running on an empty stomach.

  • congrats on your weight loss. I have been on the atkins diet, which is a low carb diet and I have lost 24 lbs in less than a month. I tried the biggest loser program diet, which is low calorie diet and It just wasn't working for me. So I suggest if anyone out there isn't losing weight from a low calorie diet, try looking up the atkins diet. Before having my daughter, I had lost 60 lbs with the atkins diet. congrats to you on your amazing weight loss!!!!

    I took up running, but your right about the whole exercise doesn't need to be excessive.

  • That's not really that big of a deal. Just exercise an additional 15 minutes on the days that you drink, and you'll be fine. Drinking alcohol actually boosted my metabolism when I was on my diet(I have no idea why).

  • I run on occasion. I should start doing it every day since I leave for boot camp in about a month. But for the most part I've stopped everything, since I'm down to 175 lbs(15 lbs. under my goal). I've been eating nothing but crap for the past few weeks, and I haven't gained an ounce. It's awesome.

  • No no no. Don't call me a hero, and don't thank me yet. I'm just a random guy who put up a video. Try what I did, lose some weight, then thank me. But please, don't call me a hero. I know a lot of people throw that word around these days, but I'm not a hero. The firefighters/cops on 9/11 were heroes. My fellow servicemen fighting in Iraq/Afghanistan are heroes. I'm not a hero.

  • Only constructive criticism I have is..DO NOT DRINK DIET SODA!!! It is absolutely terrible for you DIET or NO DIET! With all the fake sugars and ingredients those things are loaded with- they actually cause you to want to eat more!

  • True. I just figured I'd put that in there for people who do drink a lot of soda, and will find it hard to completely stop drinking it. Artificial sweeteners are not good for you, especially sweet-and-low.

    I don't even really drink soda anymore, I just drink coffee when I don't feel like having water.
