No eggs in anything at the bake sale. Vegans don't eat eggs, milk, or any other product from an animal. I was one of the coordinators, and had access to all ingredients in the very tasty baked items. Anything you make with eggs can easily be made without, vegan-style.
I didn't think Vegans ate food made from eggs. Maybe it's the Hindus I'm thinking about.

Wonderful! It was good too see that there was such a demand for the goodies, even if that meant there wasn't much left for me by the time I got there!
I had the chocolate puffed wheat squares, caramel popcorn, and brownie cookies....they were all REALLY delicious!
