  • God this bitch... Yes, we need a teacher evaluation system. To create a fair one, we need to establish the Teacher Evaluation System Project Committee. After coming up with one in 4 years, we need Teacher Evaluation System Implementation and Adjustment Teams to install them in our schools with a 108 point step by step process in order to make sure it's done correctly in sequence. Maybe by 2028 we'll have a "fair" system in place. BOSSES FIRE PEOPLE, THAT'S WHY THEY'RE FUCKING BOSSES.
