a) Can't compete where it matters: product innovation, service & creative talent.

b) Have to resort to tactics that do serious harm to the brand image.

c) Is the EVIL BIG BROTHER of Malaysian telcos. SLOW, SCARED & A MALICIOUS BULLY!

I am horrified that they have sunk to such low depths.

Do not underestimate the Malaysian consumer. They're not stupid, and they WILL read between the lines & see you for what you truly are!
