Yea that goes to show big wigs come n fuck up shit they dont know about. It really makes my blood boil. Thats why stuff sucks. N you can even pin point in the show where things took a wierd n just wrong turn. Ray used to drive n love ecto1 n hes right kids dont wanna see kids.
My jaw dropped when I heard the list of things the consultants wanted to change... I was like, WTF? Definitely adding this to my list of favorites, as a reminder of what happens when people get in the way, lol
Yeah it's pretty sad how badly studios can mess up shows because they think they have to tinker with them all the time. All they care about money anymore, not originality. I hope the two office writers script for GB3 stays true to the original two.
@violetichigo1999 I hope so. Many are saying it won't happen anymore because "Year One" flopped. The two writers who wrote that along side "The Office" were hired to write the script for the third one. I've always questioned why they hired them. "The Office" is very unfunny and "Year One" just further validated my point. It should have been Aykroyd, Ramis and Reitman developing the script form the start. That's why the game was so cool. Of course having Murray voice Venkman didn't hurt either
oh man, this interview only gets better with Mike's take on Winston, Slimer, Jenine, and the general direction of the show. This is why I wanted to see this interview - and it does not disappoint.

His philosophy about tension and humour is very well reflected in "Babylon 5" as well.

@Ghosthead83 Clearly they haven't seen the original live-action movies.

@Ghosthead83 I'm sure that Harold Ramis and Dan Ackroyd are doing the script. In fact, I read that they just turned in the second draft.
Woo!
