The U.S. Constitutional guarantees his right to freedom of speech and that means he can bitch, gripe, belly ache or spread fear about the meaning of this S.C. law. But. In My Humble Opinion, Alex is wrong on this. Read the South Carolina statute CAREFULLY and FULLY. It is specific in its requirement that the law apply to "foreign agents" or "agents of foreign governments" that support the overthow of the government. The Government is part of that Trust, and the public servants are the effective trustees that are bound with fiduciary duty and oath of office to serve the Beneficiary - the People.
The public servants stand under and are limited by the Constitution, Bills, Statutes and Acts.
