This the only one flying in the world, AS OF NOW! There was 2 during 2009, but it retired from it's wonderful showing because of so many repairs, it couldnt risk being fractured. It is the only flying DC-2, owned (meaning it was owned) by Trans World Airlines. It is a very beautiful plane, thanks for sharing this piece of work. :)

At the Dutch aviation themepark Aviodome in Lelystad we've got a beautifully restored flying DC-2 also. It's the PH-AJU called the UIVER named after the famous DC-2 that won the LONDON-MELBOURNE race back in 1934 on handicap.

A bad informed person.
Fokker never produced nor assembled DC2's(they did assemble DC3's) and
as said before this is not the only flying DC2.
