Do you know if these levels could be accessed on the GBA using Action Replay?

theorectially they could be accessed with a game shark a better way though is to use an emulator or a flash card on a ds,

@Zedxclon No, this stuff isn't just preloaded into the game and the cards unlock it, the cards actually add completely new levels to the game.

this is the only US card I don't have (along with the other Walmart cards but those aren't special like this 1).
