The sad thing about this intro is despite HORRIBLE artwork, the animation is fluid and the frame count is decent. That being said, just imagine what the actual show would look like. Considering you have more time and money to make an intro than the cartoon itself. Think about it for a second. I'll wait........

@S0ryiu: Well, the program executives at CBS didn't read the comic book all the way through before this animated sequence was produced. It was supposed to paired with the WildCats show, but it didn't make the cut.

But when Simmons started questioning orders,Jason Wynn hired his closest friend Chapel,to pull the trigger & murder him by shooting him in the head.a few years later chapel would be recruited into the YoungBlood Program. Its in the book,wich is the main continuity look it up, its even in the cartoon. dont go by what the movie says.

I still contend the best thing to come out of Youngblood was "Judgment Day" which is 60 someodd pages of Alan Moore describing why Youngblood sucks.  And then he makes everyone into parodies (It was pretty awesome turning the Newmen into a new version of the Challengers of the Unknown though).

I never got why they were called Youngblood. The name would imply that they where a teen teem.

Liefeld tried so hard to make his characters look like edgy anti heros that half of them look like they should be the bad guys.
