Legalization of all drugs will eradicate the gangs and cartels, it statistically reduces usage, makes it harder for children to obtain these drugs, and increases the instances of people seeking treatment. Taxation is also an important step. This can money can be used to set up treatment programs and pay of regulatory agencies such as the FDA. I suggest research.

Yeah dude. I used to be the same way. I scolded all my friends for smoking pot and never missed an opportunity to remind them how dumb they are for doing it. Until I finally stepped down off my pedastool and smoked a joint. I had never felt better. 3 years later I have a great job, a wonderful 1 year old son and I still smoke(although only when Im not around my son of course). I smoked weed. It fixed my depression and left me feeling happy and motivated. It relieved lots of my stress which helped me get more sleep. I started eating again, so my weight went up to where it should be. I started laughing at jokes finally. The temporary high was only a little gift to come along with the results.
Though it may not be for everyone, it was a life saver for me. I hope to see it legalized in the very near future.

Until I finally stepped down off my pedastool and smoked a joint. I had never felt better. 3 years later I have a great job, a wonderful 1 year old son and I still smoke(although only when Im not around my son of course). As long as you can control yourself I think its perfectly harmless

the woman who says its not a harmless high is retarded. she claims that kids who smoke are more prone to getting d's and f's which may or may not be true, (in my case i got higher grades while high but i didnt get punished for it) but she ignoring the fact that it would only cause this from being illegal and being brought into the penal system can change your outlook. if it was not illegal, then kids may get higher grades as a result of not being punished because of cannabis use.

If, however, he was a responsible kid and I caught him occasionally drinking, I would show him the alternative (weed) and go from there. However, irresponsible children should NEVER drink or smoke in my opinion, because they are simply too immature to handle it.

When I was younger I was hospitalized several times due to alcohol abuse, as well as arrested once. I've smoked pot too and I guarantee you that weed is MUCH safer than alcohol. You shouldn't overdue it with weed, but you're much better off as a stoner than you are as a drunk.

I was diagnosed with ADD and was given an array of pills like ritalin, methylphenidate, aderol, ect {Sorry if those are misspelled} I got rid of them and started using weed and for the first time in 5 years I could concentrate and easily understand the topics given to me I became a A and B student then I got busted with pot and all went down hill from there. The laws against marijuana destroy lives in many ways.

I smoked weed. It fixed my depression and left me feeling happy and motivated. It relieved lots of my stress which helped me get more sleep. I started eating again, so my weight went up to where it should be. I started laughing at jokes finally. The temporary high was only a little gift to come along with the results.
Though it may not be for everyone, it was a life saver for me. I hope to see it legalized in the very near future.
