Good to see a video from you, only I am very late on it. Only known one person that truly ate vegan, he became an angry little man after it, LOL. He also got incredibly then. After a few years, he gave that up. He just didn't go about it the right way. :)

I could never let cheese go the power of cheese is way to strong for me, but I hope it works for you :) an Mayo is gross you don't wanna eat that crap any ways an if you're working on being healthy make sure you exercise bc eating eating healthy isnt going to make you healthy you have to eat right and exercise then you'll really start seeing the energy an healthy changes. I feel like a fitness guy now lol I'm really not :)

Haha I think if you want to do the sister talk with the brother you'll have to start slipping him some hormones:P you can eat mayo well veganayes(sp) I work at a health food restaurant with quite a few vegan things. I like it all but I can't fully shut down on the meats and cheeses but i've cut way back.

@Myk63 yeah, I called it a "vegan diet" because I'm only worrying about food and not anything else (clothing and such) that may contain animal products, but it's more restrictive than basic vegetarianism--no eggs, no dairy.

Yes, I still eat honey.
