Okay, figured it out. The trick to this whole thing is having smoke brushes, which you have to download (although they are free). With those, making that kind of light effect it supper easy. Just google search photoshop smoke brushes.

Please, do a video tutorial. You can use Screenium if you have a MAC (it's free and you can get it in apple store) or... well, you can search for a video recorder program for windows. Seriously, the effects you are giving to this image are totally AMAZING, but as you may had already noticed, many of us are having a hard time following your tutorial....
