ANOTHER disapointing show! So much I never understand. For starters, why was a non-daytime star hosting the show?? Could 2 more boring people present "best show" category? Nice to see B&B get a nod instead of the usual Y&R or GH. Here's what I really don't get: I see actors OVERLOOKED for years like Hansis, Hubbard, etc. who really are brilliant in their roles, and then a nobody in a so so role comes aboard for a few months and is handed an emmy in the next awards show. I don't get it.

As for B&B winning... That kinda bugged me... There's nothing serious about that show... I consider B&B as the 'better' soap opera than Days or ATWT, even it's older sister soap Y&R, and the award is long overdue, about it's being unrealistic, I watched soaps if i want a taste of oddity in my live, esp. ATWT. For me Santa Barbara will always be the best soap ever.

Ok "henrysinaga", I stand by my original comments. I would LOVE to see Lucci, West, Cooper wobbling around the stage as you put it, as well as a 100 others. That's the reason I watch the daytime emmys is to see DAYTIME stars. Get it? Nothing against Williams but she did not and does not belong on the emmys. And by the way her appearance obviously didn't help things -- lowest ratings yet for the awards show. If you don't like seeing daytime stars why are you watching the show to begin with?

Im glad Tamara won. I wish she would have said FU to AMC for the fuckery they made her play but I loved that she was truly surprised that she won and had no idea what to say.
