simply brilliant... I think this album is probably the most personal album to date. Sure Sade has written songs about despair before, but it always felt like it's a second person point of view. Her previous albums are also really good, the first one dating back to 1984. Sade has been one of my favorite artists for a long time and her work is beautiful. Erykah Badu is also a talented neo-soul singer, too :)

@TruthAndAllInBetween unfortunately you haven't heard of Sade (even though the group has been around since the 80's) because the radio and television (MTV2) only play mainstream pop, rock, rap, music like this "soul music" is sadly underrated and under-represented in mainstream media. and it's sad...check out some of Sade's older songs like King of Sorrow, Your love is King, and No Ordinary Love...that's GREAT music!

Sade has been around since the late 80s or early 90s and has sold about 50 million albums worldwide. She avoids the limelight of the cameras and doesn't suck up to the paparazzi to get her name and face in all the tabloids. Still, one of the most talented artist around.

I heard of Sade when song Soldier Of Love came out. I was amazed totally!

Then I downloaded best of Sade...and I fall in love with them.

They are now my favorite band, and only band I listen to. <3
