Some good info. I know Dave Muti is a solid guy but, I am very surprised at the lack of explanation of why most people fear their mortgage.  There was no mention of where today's generation may have picked up their fear of the mortgage; nothing mentioned of the "due on demand" clause that was a part of the mortgage of the pre-depression era, or the due-on-sale clause in the mortgage instrument of today. Maybe the majority of the explanation was edited out. I do agree with the concept though.
