Not, they're not free. There are Powertab, Guitar Pro and some others I think. But in my opinion Guitar Pro is absolutelly the best one. Hurry up and get it!

I agree I've been using Guitar Pro for about 5 years now and it's my favorite tabbing program. About the free thing; you can either pay the 60 bucks for the full version, get a torrent for it, or rip a copy of your friends version.
