I did this once. I pulled the parachute towards the top and it got caught on the side. I plummeted to the bottom. Luckily, but because of my high amount of health, I survived with around 2 HP.

There are currently two in total. The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC is more expensive, but it comes with a lot of new features, such as new guns, nightclubs, more sidemissions and of course, parachuting.
