@MrEliteZone this was before helmets became a mandate on the road. Back when helmets had poor ventilation and even poorer weight standards. A rider would quickly become dehydrated and overheated from having something like that on his head. So dehydrate and drop off you lose. Crash and bust your noggin, you lose. Lose either way.

Lance made a few months later a $500.000 secret donation, revealed in 2005 to UCI.

I'm sure the developer of the test for EPO has a far more valid opinion than either of us on whether Armstrong doped or not. The only 'fact' you seem to concentrate is that he has never failed a drugs test(even though he has- look at the link). This is irrelevant because the developers of PEDs are continuously developing newer drugs for which there is no test.
