Great classic from the 70's, it's the intriguing lyrics of this song which made this song unique. As teenagers back then -we would play this song, get a little high and try to figure out what the lyrics were. Some 30 years later-it is still amazing. This was a great cover of Springsteen-liked it even better-Those were the Glory Days!

I think the days of artists making money from record sales have completely deminished thanks to the introduction of the myriad of ways to record music for free. It makes it difficult to here new innovative artists break out. This is probably why concert tickets cost so much these days. In 1977, I saw Led Zeppelin for nine bucks. I saw U2 in Dublin last year (2009) and those 2 tickets cost me hudreds of dollars, not to mention air and hotel.
