@chilidress The air should work it's way out of your sinus/ears naturally (unless you've taken de-congestants on a dive and they've warn off) Never hold your breath SCUBA diving you can encounter a whole world of hurt.. Imagine you had a full breath of air in your lungs, as you're ascending from 5m to the surface that air volume in your lungs is going to expand by 50%, it's got no where to go as your holding your breath = popped lung :o)
No, the deeper I went the less volume the gas took up, but then, when I was on 10 meters depth I used my second stage (i.e. mouth-piece) to fill the container again before I went up. This was to show how thw gas is expanding as I go up. Look again ;-)
What do you mean? As I'm watching you go deeper(increasing pressure) I'm seeing the water take up less volume, and the air take up more volume. Which is why it goes from the air taking up about 1/5th of the volume at the surface to about 1/2 of the volume at 10m.
if i do 5 meters scuba diving will i need to clear my ear and exhale before coming to the surface?

this doesn't help me understand please explain it to me cause the video seems to contradict itself

Strange, the lower you went, the more volume the gas took up. That goes against what you were saying.
