it simply locks your signal about 15 seconds faster.

Is it only me but I'm quite liking the kindle fire although I own ipad2,but for something different it's an option is it any better than the current android army ??hmmmn but the price is very appealing will I change from ipad2 no way

Basically in all the aspects, iPad won. It has better grafics and bigger screen, is much slower, has a smaller GB and app store, and its not as easy to use as a iPad. IF U JAVE THE MONEY a iPad is a better buy, but if not, the kindle is very nice too

so watching movies on the Fire's 16x9 screen is harder than watching a film on the iPad2's 4x3 screen? so, watching it in the same aspect ratio means that the iPad2's screen is effectively the same size, so you're carrying extra size around for NOTHING (apart from the huge extra cost) if you just want to watch videos on them!!!!

How can you compare the two tablet PC's? They are completely different in pretty much every way. This video is pointless, the Kindle Fire is a budget tablet, whereas the iPad 2 is not.

Just accept that these are two different products and stop bashing every tablet because it is not up to the standards of the iPad!

I know the video is long. but at the end we summarize that If you don't need a camera, microphone and are okay with the 7 inch screen, the Kindle Fire is an exceptional device.

Especially when you consider the $300+ price difference.

For the price of a basic iPad2, you can get two Kindle Fire's and have $100 left over for apps, books, music and movies.
