I was at this show. Those OLC douchebags weren't tough at all. I fought two of them before I had to go outside to keep the Savannah/Charleston crew from coming back in with bats and guns. I can't believe this footage is still around. I'm pretty sure this was shot by Chris Deadstop, because I was standing just to the right of him(out of frame). I remember it being referred to the riot back then partly because it was such a big show.. with a huge response from the police as well(which was waiting for everyone just outside). Doesn't look like much now but between this and the Courage Crew kicking everyone ass in the pit all day long... I had my fill of the clevo hardcore scene.

I was at this show. Those OLC douchebags weren't tough at all. I fought two of them before I had to go outside to keep the Savannah/Charleston crew from coming back in with bats and guns. Because that's how much respect they have for fake nazi thugs. The only reason that there was such chaos is because 75% of the people were from out of town and didn't know who was who. If it was more clear who the closet racist dickheads were we would've used them to mop their own blood off the floor.

They never claimed to be a straight edge band to my knowledge. Some of 'em were and some of 'em weren't. That's probably why they labeled themselves as a "Hate Edge" band. Hence the song title "Stra-Hate Edge".

I'm not trying to argue with you, but they weren't a straight edge band and there is proof of this. On the "Reality Check" CD there is a live version of the song "Stra-Hate Edge" and right before they go into the song Mean Steve says "OLC is definitely not a straight edge band."
