Two ambulances show up to where there is fighting & injured people (like they do) At 0.43 we see an injured gunman being helped into an ambulance. His mates who are taking fire hop in alongside him. If you are them you do the same, if you are the ambulance driver you do not object. If it is hamas or fatah or PFLP, who knows? Also why would any of these groups allow themselves be so clearly filmed ostensibly comandeering an ambulance if that's in fact what they're doing, seems odd, who knows?
