It sounds to me like the DJ or some person with a microphone is shouting "P.Lock" when the guy with red tanktop starts locking against J.Soul. Do I hear wrong ?

p.lock was wearing a gray shirt with sleeves and white hat during the event. Also, that guy is too skinny to be p.lock and his style was too different.

It's not P.Lock (he was judge in this competition), and the other one is not J.Soul.
The guy with the red tanktop is Khan, but I don't know who the other is.
