raising monkeys is a rewarding experience depending on how your look after them but remember there smart and with out 100% knowledge they would be a night mare they are expensive and there is no such thing as a trained monkey they are free minded if you treat it right it i will you. if you treat it wrong it will you always remember that.
@MegaBillmurray About $400 in materials bc I bought a premade dog kennel and lined it with chicken wire on inside so they can't get out. Plus 4x4 wood for floor to mount cage on fixing it to floor. I am making their permanent cage now using 1in chainlink. That was expensive. Ive spent about $1,900 so far for an 18ftx18ft cage.
Nice idea using the chicken wire! Gives them more manuverability in there, and thats a pretty big cage compared to what I've seen. Man, I want a monkey sooo bad!!!
@dirkjolandie I have no idea. I just know they aren't allergic. The two trees were already there. I just built the cage around them I tried asking around but no one knew what they were called!
ps when they reach sexual maturity they are harder to keep(4got to put it)
