Fink? What's in a name anyway... he uses the word integrity like a thief cautions the other thieves not to steal from the loot. He just working for the foreign banks and pretending to have the interests of UCLA's student's at heart... alas, Fink wastes his brains not doing the right thing by our nation's private equity but chooses to play smoke and mirrors with the youth listening to him... just so he can play (man who has the most toys wins). sad for him... he knows better

UCLA is public education, therefore nothing else can exist within that institution other than to condition the students to contribute to the public bankruptcy (payoff) to the Federal Reserve Banks. This is what Obama was assigned to do when the banks called for the 'bailout' and what will continue until the American People somehow wake up. UCLA cannot by their very existence teach against the public debt but should charge less tuition in their avoidance.
