Goku is at ultra ssj4, the dragon said I don't feel a difference in power, goku said you will know when we fight, then they started fighting.
At the clock part, shenlong said since goku can't see, he relies on ki to tell where he is, but the clock has no ki, so he throws it, goku catches it, and called him stupid. Then goku does 10 times kamehameha.
